- You design and create outstanding user interfaces in line with human-centered design principles.
- You lead projects, teams, and customers through all design phases: Discover – Define – Develop – Deliver – Evolve.
- You bring together the diverse requirements of users, product managers, and software developers in innovative functional concepts.
- You visualize your ideas and solutions quickly, clearly, and expressively – digitally or analogously.
- You play a key role in developing customer collaboration and establish processes for the sustainable success of the software product.
- You enjoy exploring new creative, technological, and social topics, take pleasure in technical questions, and actively help shape the processes in your environment.
- You enjoy presenting your concepts to customers and stakeholders and sharing your expertise with your colleagues.
That makes you stand out
- You have proven practical experience in the field of UI/UX and in the area of responsibility described.
- You speak very good German (at least C1) and fluent English (at least B2) for clear and confident communication within the team and with our partners.
- You hold a degree in product, interface or interaction design, media informatics or a comparable educational path.
- You have the ability to turn complex relationships into simple, efficient, and user-centered operating concepts.
- You have a structured approach to your work - information architectures, personas, user journeys, wireframes, flows, visuals, prototypes, and testing are all part of your everyday routine.
- You are proficient in the latest tools and workflows (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC) and are open to new ways of optimizing your productivity.
- Your practical experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.) leads to better concepts and enables you to communicate effectively within the development team.
Salary information
Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 63,000 – 80,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
