These tasks interest you

  • You will work in an interdisciplinary team with highly qualified Software Engineers, UI/UX Experts, Agile Coaches and Product Owner on high-quality software solutions.
  • With your team, you will design complex and multifaceted software projects and bring them to life together with our customers.
  • You will live with us the agile software development in daily scrums, reviews with customers and retrospectives with support of our Agile Coaches.
  • You will design long-lasting software architectures together with your team and implement them iteratively and incrementally.
  • You’ll work self-organized within your project team and take on responsibility.

That makes you stand out

  • You have completed a degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable educational background, and ideally already have some practical experience gained through internships, work-study programs, and/or personal projects.
  • You are fluent in German and English (at least C1 level) for clear communication within the team and with our partners.
  • You have in-depth programming knowledge at least in one of the following technologies, e.g. C#, Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, RUST and you are enthusiastic about working with new technologies.
  • You have knowledge of current technologies, software development methods and principles and follow current developments.
  • You are open to “AI for Software Engineering”, already have some practical experience (e.g., with Claude Code, Open Code, or GitHub Co-Pilot), and a strong desire to apply these tools in our customer projects.
  • You live high quality – this includes unit tests, code reviews, clean code, design patterns refactoring, conceptual clarity and modular architectures.
  • You communicate openly and honestly, offer constructive criticism, and welcome feedback.

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 45,000 – 55,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.
